The method of Claim 1, wherein when Routing Area Update of the UE from the E-UTRAN to the UTRAN or the GERAN occurs, the following steps is executed:the UE derives keys using the predefined parameters; and/or,the MME receives a Routing Area Update request from the UE and then derives keys using the predefined parameters.
