The method of Claim 3, wherein the step of presetting the TDM period comprises:the upper network element configures the TDM period of the specified service and informs the specified network elements of the configured TDM period; orthe specified network elements configure the TDM period of the specified service and inform the upper network element of the configured TDM period; orthe upper network element configures the TDM period of all services.
