The method according to Claim 7, whereinthe terminal periodically determines whether there exists an emergency broadcast message in the multiplex frame corresponding to the control channel, and if so, the terminal parses the multiplex frame corresponding to the control channel to obtain the emergency broadcast message and display the obtained emergency broadcast message to the terminal user.
