A method comprising:selecting a process to move from a current node of a plurality of nodes to a new node of the plurality of nodes, based on an inertia of the process; and,

moving the process from the current node to the new node,

wherein the inertia of the process is a quantified measure of an impact resulting from the process being inaccessible while being moved from the current node to the new node.
