Regarding Claim 00001 In another patent application filed on Dec. 29, 2004, which related to aryl sulfonium salts, and radiation polymerizable composition, claims 1 and 7 described a moiety which is identical substituants E1 to E4 of formula (II). Further, claim 2 mentioned that the anion of said aryl is selected from the group consisting of SbF6-, PF6-, AsF6-, BF4-, B(C6F5)4-, CF3SO3-, ClO4- and FSO3-.

Regarding Claim 00006 In another patent application published on June, 10, 1998, which related to an aromatic sulfonium salt compound, a cationic polymerization initiator containing the compound; and a curable composition which contains the compound", Claim 2 refers to the anion "selected from a group consisting of SbF6, AsF6, PF6 and BF4."
