Regarding Claim 00001 In some sense the phone number may be thought of as a unique key or user id. Setting up accounts and payment schedules for the account has been around for some time. When I set up a payment account with AT&T for my mobile phone (or any other phone), the initiation is by the phone number, where there is the opportunity to create a new userid and password. The detection of the calling phone number or use of the phone number as an added level of security or verification is pretty common in that verification of a credit card often required the call be from the billing address. How much difference is this claim from these common practices?

I agree with you... I also think this is some what similar to using the apple store. You first set up your account online with apple, then you can access it with your iphone, where all it takes to purchase an app or a song is inputting your apple store id and password... password = phone number here. also similar to changing your password for your web account for verizon, you do that and they send you phone a text to confirm and let you know that there has been activity on you account changing things... Are we in agreement?
