Regarding Claim 00001 In some sense the phone number may be thought of as a unique key or user id. Setting up accounts and payment schedules for the account has been around for some time. When I set up a payment account with AT&T for my mobile phone (or any other phone), the initiation is by the phone number, where there is the opportunity to create a new userid and password. The detection of the calling phone number or use of the phone number as an added level of security or verification is pretty common in that verification of a credit card often required the call be from the billing address.
