I just joined P2P, so please forgive me for my naivete. I could be wrong, but it seems to me as if the most vulnerable part of the patent is the organization of the words. I think that the sections could be broken down into: Storage, Retrieval, Math, Training system, and Context. It would then be a lot easier to think of ways to defeat the novelty of those functions using prior art, and provide that prior art to create a stronger patent. I believe the novelty of this invention largely relies on its improvement or difference in system from similar musical systems, such as Pandora. So, what is novel about its function?
