Hi there! I just joined P2P, so please forgive me for my naivete.
I could be wrong, but it seems to me as if the most vulnerable part of the patent is the organization of the words. I think that the sections could be broken down into: Storage, Retrieval, Math, Training system, and Context. It would then be a lot easier to think of ways to defeat the novelty of those functions using prior art, and provide that prior art to create a stronger patent.
I believe the novelty of this invention largely relies on its improvement or difference in system from similar musical systems, such as Pandora. So, what is novel about its function?PEER TO PATENT ACTIVITY
