Google scans and picks up language of searched sites

Google searches will automatically give users the option to translate the pages to view if the language of those pages is in something other than English. This is proof that'auditing' of pages occurs already.

Notes: Certain undesirable sites are blocked by detailing the type of content that needs to be avoided by their users. Because this add-on and service exists already, it is also given that a scanning and comparison process is already occurring.
