Name/Title Concurrent Versions System (CVS)
System Type Application Program
Description
Concurrent Versions System (CVS) and it's predecessor Revision Control System (RCS) are popular software applications used throughout the software engineering community since before 1990. Pub No. 20110029634 is an obvious extension to these two systems: Specifically Pub No. 20110029634 represents a CVS file hierarchy that is MERELY INCORPORATED INTO A SINGLE FILE. Such incorporation into a single file is obvious. Furthermore, archival and storage of a CVS hierarchy into a single file is routine for purposes of backup.
