I am not sure I fully understand how "a first offer communication includes offer from the merchant and a second communication includes the announcement of the offer" work?This system, on top of its location based advertising methods, will be all the more perceived as spam by its recipients, no? The abstract also claimed that this will deliver advertising in a timely manner, how so? (apart from being physically near the stores)1
