I debate how novel this is. Seems like a combination of a battery management system with a controller that would optimize the power distribution.1

By referring to "energy storage packs," the Application avoids the term "battery," for which patents 5,644,212 and 6,856,922 may constitute prior art. The Application also uses well-known boost-buck circuitry to balance the output of multiple units suitable for inversion into existing AC power grids. The battery management techniques, however, are not unique in my estimation.0 days left
