The method of Claim 1, wherein selecting a first portion of the funds for investment in at least one money market account in at least one of the issuer banks, and selecting a second portion of the funds for investment in at least one CD Product in at least one of the issuer banks, comprises selecting a portion of the funds equating to a designated minimum portion of the funds for investment in at least one money market account to be purchased from at least one of the issuer banks, resulting in a remaining portion of the funds for investment in at least one CD Product in at least one of the issuer banks.
