I think this patent is unique and possibly worthwhile because it presents a software program to broker cds efficiently and easily. That the software program keeps track of lists of preferred/blocked banks, that it helps flow money into the appropriate CDs and that it uses algorithms to "reorganization of placement and ownership of deposits to achieve all system objectives" suggests there is something more important and intelligent in their system. The prior art I found consists of software programs that help people invest in CDs from various banks, but there is no method to track system objectives and work towards a goal as far as I can tell.
