This may be relevant non-patent literature. It appears this company's services relate directly to claim #1 of the current patent application.

The page does not state when the company was founded, but another article indicates the company has been around since 1999 (see table 12-3 on page 307 of file scanned into the webpage).

These articles appear to focus solely on the claims processing side. The subject application is not simply about claims processing but the need for sharing certain medical records in the process, to wit the first claim states: "A method for managing clinical documents for claims processing." The focus of search efforts should be on the selection and sharing of medical records rather than claims processing.
