A method for multi-selection gifting, comprising:identifying a multi-selection gift, the multi-selection gift comprising (i) a gift giver, (ii) a gift recipient, (iii) a plurality of items of merchandise, and (iv) at least one selection rule for selecting at least one of the items of merchandise;

interactively guiding the gift recipient in selecting at least one item of merchandise in accordance with the at least one selection rule; and

billing the gift giver subsequent to said interactively guiding, according to the at least one item of merchandise selected by the gift recipient.
