In looking at application 20090063201 Soberteentm driving insurance, I wonder if any of the prior art there would apply to this applicaton? In particular, I was thinking of:
Vehicle Data Recorder and Telematic Device, submitted by Examiner Incognito,
Monitoring System for Determining and Communicating a Cost of Insurance, posted by Susan Murray,
System and Method of Charging for Austomobile Insurance, submitted by Jennifer Brooks.

In looking again at the 3 prior art submissions I mentioned above, I don't think they apply to this patent application.
