The computer-based user interface according to Claim 1 further comprising:
the at least one object defined by scalar properties and vector properties; and
the dialog control element that associates an individual scalar property with one control definition, and associates an individual vector property with a template description, the association being recursive whereby a property can contain an object that further contains at least one property.
