Regarding Claim 00001 The application does not contain a definition of "signal bearing medium" nor any way to distinguish such a device from the computer in later claims since it is described as capable of executing a stored program. This claim and its dependent claims should be dismissed on these grounds and the later claims examined (and dismissed) on their own merits. See discussion below. more...
